Scott, look forward to the discussions and debate here. In a funny coincidence, I received an invitation today to a Dow Jones webinar about "What Motivates Affluent Investors," covering such topics as the "Wealth Syndrome" and "preparing investors for the end of the world as we know it." Huh?! I am stoked to be able to read about and participate in discussions about relevant topics here, for the real investor.
Great point, Ashish!
Scott, the site looks awesome. Here's to hue and cry...

A CLASSIC example of misleading institutional research! If it weren't so bad, and if it weren't OUR MONEY it would be funny!
One of the things I hope we can do as a community on this site will be to be our own "parallel universe" efficient market, meaning share group intelligence about bad research such as this, as well as interesting primary sources that will let us do our own industry and company research and compare notes.

Scott,
Its good to see an Indepedent media company come out with Independent analysis that is'nt biased with what Wall Street regularly peddles in the name of "Research".
I was recently going through Goldman Sachs client recommendations and they were designed for one thing only-Lose clients money 100% ,100% of the time.
Take the case of National Semiconductors which is about to be acquired by TI.
Goldman had a buy on TI and a Sell on National Semiconductors.
Inspite of the fact that Golman was actually an advisor to National Semiconductors in a "Strategic Transaction"!!!
This is just the kind of stuff which continues to amaze me about wall Street and the suckers who fall for it time after time after time...
Regards
Ashish.
great to see a reputable company finally taking on the Wall Street scum, Scott.
Good luck and... VIVA NICARAGUA!
Hey folks,
Thanks for the kind words! Glad you could participate. More great stuff to come, working hard on some top notch content. Check in every day!
