It's all about design

At the end of the day, Apple has the best design methods in the industry. For the most part Apple products feel like they were designed, reworked and designed again. the product itself will feel very refined.

Apple doesn't stop with the physical device. Apple also designs the user experience, they control it from start to finish. This model works for them, I don't think any other company could pull it off in the same way.

Innovation definitely makes difference. Apple for sure excites any person who wants to buy a phone, but what android and blackberry can offer is something that others cannot. For someone who is more worried about the processing power of gadgets than the glossy looks, apple doesn’t strike note. But definitely people at Apple can surely predict correctly, what a bigger mass will like than anybody else in the market. Equations change with time, will apple change its color to keep people hooked? Or someone else will displace it…only time will tell.
