This project has been on and off for many years. Yes, with the congestion in this region now does seem to be the time to get this done.

We need our roads and bridges and TNZ is an important bridge.

My question is how did this get overlooked a couple years back when we had $800B in stimulus money.  Seems like this would have been a prime nominee for money from the whole region.

A component of the Design/Build contract to be awarded includes the eventual demolition of the existing TZ Bridge.
