I'm reading that as "forget" -- because people don't seem eager to kill their appetites injecting themselves directly into their stomachs! Ouch!

I think more people would endure the cramps than a needle in the stomach, however flabby that stomach may be...

Exenatide, which is taken by injection, is described by uses as one heck of an appetite killer, although I've also heard complaints about cramping as well.
